About the Role

We are now looking for someone who wants to help develop the future of aircraft. You will work on development projects where the next generation of flight systems and aircraft are developed from scratch.

The team is growing to meet the need for rapid development, testing, and evaluation of new ideas and technologies. The role involves hands-on work with advanced technology combined with requirements management, technical documentation, analysis, and environmental monitoring. The work is carried out in close collaboration between different competencies with a focus on developing innovative, safe, and reliable systems for future platforms.

As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be part of interdisciplinary development projects where you will work with control engineering in advanced flight systems. Together with colleagues in mechanics, electronics, and software, you will help develop stable, safe, and high-performance systems for autonomous aircraft. The role is suitable for you who want to grow in the field and work closely with technology in safety-critical projects.

In this role, you may work with:

  • Development and adaptation of control algorithms for autonomous aircraft and UAVs, such as autopilot and stabilization functions
  • Collaboration on the integration of mechanics, hydraulics, sensors, and electronics
  • Modeling and simulation of flight dynamics and control systems
  • Verification, testing, and documentation for flight- and mission-critical systems

With us, you will have the opportunity to develop step by step in the role, with tasks tailored to your experience, knowledge, and interests. You will be part of the work on next-generation flight platforms, and travel may occur based on interest and suitability.
